T. K. Leigh, otherwise known as Tracy Leigh Kellam, is a producer / attorney by trade. Originally from New England, she now resides in sunny Southern California with her husband, dog and three cats, all of which she has rescued (including the husband). She always had a knack for writing, but mostly in the legal field. It wasn’t until recently that she decided to try her hand at creative writing and is now addicted to creating different characters and new and unique story lines in the Contemporary Romantic Suspense genre.

When she’s not planted in front of her computer, writing away, she can be found running and training for her next marathon (of which she has run over fifteen fulls and far too many halfs to recall). Unlike Olivia, the main character in her Beautiful Mess series, she has yet to qualify for the Boston Marathon.

A Tragic Wreck is the continuation of Alexander and Olivia's tumultuous love story by T.K. Leigh.

There was more than one occasion that I wanted to bang their bloody heads together, the emotions that this book stirred up inside me, I was furious, sad, confused and happy and not necessarily in equal quantities.

Nearly every review I have read talks about this book being an emotional rollercoaster and to describe what Alex and Olivia have been through, and are going through as such really doesn’t describe sufficiently the ups and downs this couple continue to battle in life, a Tsunami may be a more suitable description.

I don’t do spoilers and I’m finding it hard to express just what feelings T.K. Leigh evoked in me when I read A Tragic Wreck.

When I read A Beautiful Mess I wrote at the time:

“hats off to Ms Leigh for frustrating the hell out of me, steaming up my glasses, keeping me hooked and leaving me quite prepared to get down on my knees and beg for more. Right now lady!”

So ok she didn’t make me get on my knees and beg for book 2 but I really thought it was going to be a tough job for her to raise all those feelings in me again, well hats off once more to you Ms Leigh because not only did you once again do all those things, you did much more with this book and now I have to wait for book 3, god dammit women, can you show me no mercy here.

Brilliant book, brilliant series, take the time to savour Alex and Olivia’s very beautiful, tragic, messy story through life.
